Why worry? If we are to be happy, joyous and free we need to be free of worry. We all feel stress, however we must immediately utilize our tools to clarify what is actually so from the negative story we are telling our selves.
First tool, I/E Intellect over Emotion. How do we activate this tool? Call your sponsor or mentor. They will help us clarify what is real and what is our imagination. What is projection and what is possible. In other words we tend to project the negative and go straight to the worst case scenario. The possibilities being looked at offers us the opportunity to set plans in motion to respond properly to any potential situation or challenge that may arise.
Once we have talked it through and feel comfortable we need to utilize our self talk to stay on track. Of course, if it gets overwhelming again we call our sponsor again! Life is good!!!
