What is the Cost of a Drug or Alcohol Rehab?

by Daniel · 0 comments

Price is only an issue in the absence of value.  Hector LaMarque.

When it comes to the cost of drug or alcohol rehab the value of recovery can not be measured in dollars and cents.  Of course it is possible to quantify the value in terms of health issues, missed or lost employment, jail or prison time, lawyers fees, other damage done to personal property and various other ways it costs us and society.   However, people in need of drug or alcohol rehab are often constrained by the expense of rehabilitation.

Prices for private pay rehabilitation centers  range from $15, 000 to more than $50,000 a month.  For the rich and famous this is not an issue, yet for the average American family especially in the economic condition of the world economy these fees are prohibitive.  So what can one do to get the help they need?

a)  Pay the tuition from your savings or retirement (if you have it saved)

b)  Get a loan (if you have credit)

c) Get a scholarship, (not easy to find)

d) Look for alternatives like The Last Resort Recovery Program, $7,500 per month or pay up front $18,000 for 90 days.

Sure this may look like an advertisement, but it really is an evaluation of the options available.  Do a Google search and see what you come up with.

Go, Go, Go…

Dan 🙂
