Enjoy what I already have! An attitude of gratitude is essential to live a happy, healthy, prosperous, clean and sober life. Write a gratitude list and you will find that he most important things we have in our lives are not things at all they are the PEOPLE in our lives.
Limit my labor, rest is essential to a healthy lifestyle. Remember our best requires rest! Live the four “R’s”, Rest your body, Recharge your emotions, Restore your relationships, and Refocus your spirit!
Adjust my values, realign your values and keep my priorities in congruence with my values. Have your priorities straight, Faith first, Family second and Vocation third!
eXchange the pressure for God’s peace. Why attempt to carry the burdens of life alone. Share in meetings, with your sponsor, spiritual advisor, and utilize prayer and meditation to attain a peaceful and loving heart.
