Look fear in the face

“Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.” – Benjamin Franklin

Ninety nine percent of what we worry about never comes true.  The challenge with worry is that worry breeds fear and fear paralyzes most of us.  Far anew few between do you find folks that thrive on fear, that respond and fight through fear.  However there is a way through fear.

“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.”  – Eleanor Roosevelt

We must stare it in the face and walk through the fear.  We have all heard the acronym for FEAR, False Evidence Appearing Real!  When we think it through we begin to realize it is not real.  There is a much higher likelihood that the feared issue will not happen than it will happen.  If you were a gambler would it make sense to take the underdog every time you picked a winner?  Absolutely not, because once in a great while the underdog wins but not often!

Look fear in the face for what it really is and then move on and accomplish what you want.  Follow your dreams and win!

Go, Go, Go…
