“Argue for your limitations and surely they’ll be yours.” – Marshall Sylver
The most hurtful phrase in our vocabulary is, “I Can’t”. When we set limitations on what we can and cannot do we are stifling our human potential. We are human becomings i.e. we strive to become better and better people each and every day. With that in mind why limit what we are becoming simply because we think we cannot achieve greater?
“The best antidote I have found is to yearn for something. As long as you yearn, you can’t congeal: There is a forward motion to yearning.” Gail Godwin
Must we shoot for the moon? No. We simply need to be striving towards our purpose in life. We need to be heading in the direction of fulfillment rather than resting on our laurels or worse yet accepting mediocrity. We are best served by not limiting our potential for life by accepting less than what we are here for.
Additionally we should not limit ourselves to one aspect of growth in our lives. We must address every aspect of our lives, Spirit, Mind and Body… To live a successful, addiction free life, we want to constantly improve in every area of life. If you are not growing you may be dying… Life is good!
Go, Go, Go…
