Hope and Fear

“Do what you can to do what you ought, and leave hoping and fearing alone.” Thomas Henry Huxley

Hope knocks at your door, but fear says you can’t come in.  To be happy we must refrain from allowing fear in to our lives.  Yes it is a normal response to outside stimuli, however, when we allow it to consume us we allow it to steal our joy!  When fear knocks, shut it out by calling a friend, sponsor, mentor, or one of your other supports to lighten the burden!

Take time to exercise, learn Yoga or breathing techniques to help ease the stress and your response to the stress.  Life is so good when you have the tools to enjoy it, but remember simply having the tools is not enough, you must utilize them!  You can not sink a nail with a hammer unless you pick the hammer up and strike the nail!

Go, Go. Go…
