“I have always believed that whatever good or bad fortune may come our way we can always give it meaning and transform it into something of value.”
– Hermann Hesse

Rehabilitation is the process of renewing ones life from desperation to hope.  Turning frustration into fascination.  Every challenge we face is a new opportunity to change directions for a favorable outcome.  When it comes to addiction I have often heard from our guests, “Dan that is all well and good but I brought this all on myself.  This is not bad fortune this is bad decisions on my part!”  My response? It just doesn’t matter, in fact a case can be made by the Universal Law folks to say that everything that comes our way we attract.  We will leave that one alone for now.

The point is that we can turn it into something good.  We can brush off the dust, the rust and create a new life.  Life is good, when a person gets the courage to attend a rehabilitation program they are admitting their faults and taking action to change!

Enjoy the Journey!  Go, Go, Go…

Dan 🙂
